Justin Verlander became just the sixth pitcher in history to throw three or more no-no’s and is in the midst of a dominating season that will almost certainly nab him his second Cy Young award. As he begins to enter the discussion of being one of the all time greats, let’s take the time to look back upon some of his greatest achievements:
Special thanks to my emotional support group, Degenerates Anonymous, for getting me a graded 10/10 Verlander rookie card as a wedding gift. My wife hates it, but I think she’ll appreciate it when we have to pay for our future kids’ college (or more likely, therapy.)
I turned thirty and realized I hadn't really done anything of any meaning in my life. I drunkenly bought a website and will be sharing my day to day musings with the world just for shits. I went to school for creative writing and have been working in finance for the past ten years, finding little success financially but I'm able to live a comfortable life from what I do. My interests are cars, boxing, dogs, porn, and lots of degeneracy. I'm of the belief that it's ok to make fun of anyone so long as you make sure to make fun of everyone, and I'm hopeful this can be a safe space from safe spaces for everyone. So buckle up and don't take anything I say too seriously.
